whatever

September 11-

Just four blocks away, I have walked pass ground zero numerous times on my detoxicative after-work strolls, always looking at the fenced area from across the street. But I waited till 911 before I set my foot just inches away from the site..

It took 5.5 hours to spell out 2800 names of the deceased on 91105, yet it took only seconds for them to perish. Life is more fragile than words. The atmosphere was stiffling.

After 4 years, tears are still being shed. A woman told me she never even want to come near to that area. Too frightening she said.

Vice is more forgivable than pain is forgettable.

It frightens me how the same pain that you try to heal is the same pain that makes you realize how much you love someone..

I sobbed as I took the pictures.
